As a Human Resources Assistant, Rachel is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing support to employees. Every single day, Rachel goes above and beyond to help those in need, and genuinely cares about the people she works with and the communities we serve.
“I love to see and hear about the tenure of our employees at the bank. We have so many people who have worked here for most — if not all — of their career, and I think that really says something about SBSI as a place to work.”
Over the past five years, Rachel has really enjoyed learning not only about SBSI employees, but also more about the communities surrounding her home branch in Saco, such as Biddeford and Old Orchard Beach.
In her free time, Rachel can be found going for walks outside and spending time with her family and friends. She values being there for others, whether at home or at work.
